The customer replied to the confirmation — where does it go?To your linked WhatsApp like any normal chat. The confirmation deliberately comes from YOUR number so replies reach the restaurant, not a robot. AnsweredWhat does the platform do if 60% of my sends start failing? The usage guard pauses your sending automatically and alerts — a spike like that usually means a dropped link or a bad audience list, and continuing would damage your number's standing. AnsweredCan a shift run past midnight?Yes. Nothing closes it at midnight, which is exactly what late night restaurants need. A shift ends when a person ends it. Your reports still cut days by your own timezone, so a shift that opens at 8p AnsweredThe same order arrived twice. Do I cook it twice? No, and you will not be asked to. We recognise a repeat as one we already have and answer the app again without creating a second order. Apps retry whenever they are unsure their message reached you, AnsweredWhy is there no yearly price on my plan? One of two reasons, and the tab simply is not shown rather than offering something that would fail. Either that plan has no yearly price set against it — pay-as-you-go never does, because there is no AnsweredCan two items share one photo?Yes, photos are per item — upload the same image to both. The platform doesn't force uniqueness. AnsweredCan the kitchen screen be in Arabic?Yes, and it is set per device. On that device open Settings → Language and choose Arabic; the screen's own wording changes. Dish names show in Arabic where you have given the dish an Arabic name, and AnsweredDo you track my customers across other websites? No cross-site tracking, no ad pixels by default, no behavioural profiles. The page needs a cart and a phone number to work, and that is what it touches. AnsweredSomeone joined our group order but never picked anything — can we still order?Yes — an empty person just shows "Nothing yet". The only thing that blocks the order is an item that became unavailable, and both the organiser and whoever added it are messaged about that. The organi AnsweredWhat if a station's printer stops answering? Its dishes print at the counter instead, with the station's name across the top, so somebody can walk the ticket over. Nothing is ever dropped quietly. Every print is recorded with whether it worked, AnsweredWhere do I see past shifts? In your admin, under Reports, Shifts and the POS. One row per shift, newest first: the Z number, when it closed, who closed it and on which machine, what it took in, how much of that was cash, and the AnsweredWhat happens to the POS if my plan payment fails? The counter keeps selling. A paid POS add-on is separate from your plan, so a plan problem locks the web dashboard and leaves the point of sale working. If the add-on itself lapses, the machine shows AnsweredDoes my dashboard revenue include orders I cancelled? No. Revenue counts non-cancelled orders at what was actually charged. Your statement adds one figure the dashboard does not have — revenue from orders that actually reached the customer — on its own l AnsweredCan I import my menu from a delivery app? There is no one-click import from other apps, but the Excel template gets you there fast: paste your items into the sheet, upload once, done. AnsweredWhat unit should I use for an ingredient? The one you would say out loud while counting the shelf. Grams, kilograms, millilitres, litres or pieces. Milk in millilitres, chicken in kilograms, takeaway boxes in pieces is a perfectly normal mix. AnsweredA customer deleted their wallet card by accident — are stamps lost?No — the card is a view. Re-add from the save link (post-checkout or from [loyalty](/features/customer-retention-reordering) messages) and the same stamps are right there. AnsweredWhat is the 'Sandbox / staging' tick for on the delivery app card? For trying the connection before real customers can order. Some apps give you a test account with its own keys, and ticking Sandbox tells us to talk to that test side rather than the live one. Everyth AnsweredHow do I do a 'choose 1 of 3 sauces, free' option?Add a required group 'Sauce' with the three sauces at no extra price: Sauce(required): Garlic|Chili|Tahini. The customer must pick one; the price doesn't change. AnsweredMy prize wheel is handing out the big prize far too often. What did I do wrong? The Chance fields are relative weights, not percentages — 1/1/1 means a third each. The page prints the REAL odds computed by the same function the draw uses. Raise the losing slot's weight rather tha AnsweredWill I be told when somebody signs up through my link?Yes — an email lands when a restaurant you introduced completes its signup. Channel partners get the same when a restaurant they onboarded is created. It is the one message actually worth sending, and AnsweredDoes it matter how the sale reached me?No, and that is the useful part. The counter, a table's round, your own ordering page and [orders from the delivery apps](/docs/delivery-apps) all take the recipe off the same shelf. One kitchen inven AnsweredMy coupon didn't apply — the customer typed it right. Why?Check its dates, its usage cap, the minimum order, and whether excluded items dominated the cart. The customer-facing message is deliberately generic to stop code-fishing. AnsweredWhat does 'auto-apply' look like at checkout for the customer?Their reward simply appears as a discount line on the next qualifying order — no code, no typing. The good news is also announced on their card and messages. AnsweredAre group IDs sensitive? They decide where customer data flows, which is why changing them is owner-only and every change is audit-logged. Treat the groups as staff-only rooms. AnsweredIs the rider link a privacy risk if forwarded? It exposes ONE order's delivery details for its short life, then dies — single-use, 12-hour, burned on completion. Far safer than the screenshot of a ticket it replaces. Answered
